I definitely suggest to visit this hospital if needed. Management is so good and attentive here, doctor balram is good and experienced, very jolly natured and did the chalazion surgery at very low cost as compared to other private hospital.Their consultation fees is 500.They have all the facilities of OT, Medical, Opticals, complimentary tea coffee vending machine....

Dr Gaurav Arya and Jyotsna made the process very comfortable and smooth for a operation. The entire process from registration to surgery to discharge was done in less than four hours. Strongly recommended for all eye operations.

I and my wife visited hospital yesterday for a routine eye check up and it was to my surprise the way we were attended right from the parking to every level we reached.The moment I reached at parking, a young security staff reached to me and asked to help me to park my car. He insisted to fave him my car key and walk in the hospital. I hesitated a moment and gave him the keys leaving the start car for him and we entered the reception area. On reception, the lady receptionist treated us very humbly and guided to the next steps. Then technical staff took us very respectfully for certain eye examinations and further guided to the concerned doctor. While the doctor met us, she listened us very humbly and patience fully did all the needful in our cases. We were in the hospital for about 2 hours and during this time one thing which we observed that every staff whome we came in contact was so humble, polite and respectful to every visitor and attending them personally. It is really a wonderful place full of cleanness, excellent human behaviour and professional skills. Its really a best and worth visiting place in Indore for eyes related any issues. We highly recommend it.
